What I want you to see is what I would call the "rate" 5/10 = 50% attempt's failed. I have notice is more hard to make a +3 buff cards than a crappy skill (that you never use) As a CM I have few skills I rarely use, in those I have +3 cards that I made easy, but buff cards, spamm skills and strong skills (that are use often) are harder to make +3 than others. My questions is... why?
What you think about it?
I tried the whole card enchantment and I gave up because I had no problems with the skills that I did not use. I just think it's a way to keep the game interesting (we all can't have +5 Taming Cards)and to put money in the Rappelz company's pockets (buying the Protect stuff enchanting weapons and other items).
